How to Use

1. Cleanse the eye and brow area thoroughly to remove any oil and makeup residue.
2. Mix 2 cm of the tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid (or 15-20 drops of Oxidant cream) until it forms a creamy paste.
3. Apply to eyelashes or eyebrows using the application stick, leaving it on for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
4. Remove the tint using a damp cotton pad.
