How to Use

1. Avoid caffeine, smoking, and exercise for 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
2. Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported.
3. Wrap the Intelli Wrap cuff around your upper left arm, about 1-2 cm above the elbow crease.
4. Rest your arm on a table at heart level and press the START button.
5. Remain still and quiet while the device takes your reading.
