Cheramie - 'Blanc' Rum (750ML)

While most of the juice from Louisiana’s sugarcane plants is processed into sugar, Cheramie manages to ferment a relatively small portion for distilling into funky, delicious, 100% Louisiana-grown and made rum.

A richly layered fresh cane juice nose reveals banana leaf, cut grass, lemongrass, and soft baking spices with fresh brambleberry. On the palate, sweeter fruit flavors lead the way with vegetal fresh cane flavors and clove underneath. The finish is pleasant and clean with sweet spices, caramelized banana and a long, sweet fade of cane sugar.

Outstanding in a classic daiquiri and great with some soda water and a squeeze of lime.
